Excellent service. I ordered online and a few days later received an email to advise the fabric had been despatched. I was able to track the delivery. The fabric was on rolls and wrapped in plastic. I didn't fancy unrolling it all the make sure I received the right quantity so hopefully, it is correct!

Perhaps you could label the rolls with the number of metres included - could give reassurance to the customer that quantities are correct.

The choice of fabrics and price is very good. the initial email helpful But over two weeks later had to chase the order, got a very short email reply and then the order was sent.

I received an email a week after ordering telling me you had ordered the material and would cut it to length and posted to me. But the material arrived the very next day! Which was strange timing but am very pleased it came so fast.

No. I liked the fact that you were easy to contact by phone and very helpful when I had to change delivery dates.

Make sure delivery details are accurate. The number of working days taken until delivery varied in different areas of the website.

My experience indicates that the service is entirely satisfactory and I can see no obvious areas for improvement.

Some companies offer fabric samples free - but then their prices are not as good as yours.

If I were to be seriously critical, the English on your website could stand some improvement. This may be more obvious to me because I am a professional editor.

Did not respond to my emails, had to chase my order by phone and then you seemed confused/vague as to who I was or what I had ordered. I came away feeling uncertain I was going to get the fabric I ordered. The good things was that the fabric was competitively priced and did finally arrive.

(we reply to all emails, however some do go astray within the world of emails, we are sorry these did not reach you)

Better picture quality
(Quality of Pictures can sometime depend on what we get from the suppliers, plus we resize the quality down a little for the mobile phone users, this is why we offer a sample service for any such issues)

Just to let you know how delighted i`am with recently received order of curtains. They are beautiful.
I was nervous to order online, but having checked and double checked my measurements, went for it!
