Very poor. I was unable to have the amount of fabric I wanted in one length. The reason for this was not explained. If there is a limit on quantities, this should be made clear on the website. Instead, you offer discounts for buying more.i would not use you again.

"The customer ordered 6m of fabric which we did not have in stock. Our suppliers only had 9m is stock in 3 pieces, 3.5,3,and 2,5. with new stock arriving in 2 weeks.
We rang the customer to explain the situation, and the customer could not wait 2 weeks for 6m in 1 piece and asked for 2 pieces at 3m.
I asked the customer if she knew the number of widths required for her curtains and did not so i suggested she contact her curtain maker to see what pieces she needed.
The customer rang back later and asked for 3 pieces at 2m each which we duly supplied to her."

Yes......keep clients up to date with the order. I had to make a phone call to find out where the order was. I was told it had to be ordered in as it was ' out of stock'. No problem with that, but would have been nice to know.

We have looked into this bit cannot recreate the same problem, however, sometimes it's the banks changing their web codes can cause this issue.

The curtains were delivered one pair in a bag the other in a black bin liner. Would have expected these expensive curtains to have been wrapped properly.

" these curtains were both sent out in custom cardboard boxes and both wrapped in plastic, however, it appears that we ran out of clear plastic and one of our team used a black plastic to complete the order"

We spoke to the packer and he said that "this was used to protect the curtain within the box rather than using nothing at all"

We are sorry this was used and have ordered extra clear plastic and also make sure our stocks are kept high.

Many thanks for the excellent service you provide. I don't think I've ever seen a wider choice of fabrics, the sample service was excellent - I could have chosen all of them, and once I'd made my selection the material arrived 3 days later, well packaged and cared for on its journey with UPS

Haven't plucked up the courage to cut it yet, but I'm sure the curtains will look great. Just wish I needed to buy something else.....

I found the fabric I wanted, was happy with the price. There was quite a delay from ordering to delivery as the fabric was not in stock. I think it was Roy who kept me informed regarding the delay and gave me the option to cancel, which I did not. I had requested 26m fabric, but when received a roll was 25. Having reworked out my measurements, I accepted the 25. I did not ask for a refund, and I think it was overlooked. I am very happy with the fabric, and other linings I ordered. Everything was well wrapped and in good order.

Perhaps the refund of the lost metre of fabric.
"We are sorry this was overlooked, and we will be contacting the customer in regards the lost 1 metre of fabric."

I would have also purchased other accessories if you had them online- Velcro, curtain weights, etc., but unable to I bought elsewhere.

My order was promptly acknowledged and I was then updated as required. Delivery was relatively quick.
Samples I ordered arrived very quickly too.

I would prefer you to use a different carrier. UPS did not give me notice of the day delivery was to take place do I was not at home to receive it. I was able to rearrange but that meant waiting several days. Also, most other carriers contact you on the day and give you a one-hour delivery slot which is extremely useful.

Consider reimbursing the cost of samples when a purchase is made.

Excellent service. I ordered online and a few days later received an email to advise the fabric had been despatched. I was able to track the delivery. The fabric was on rolls and wrapped in plastic. I didn't fancy unrolling it all the make sure I received the right quantity so hopefully, it is correct!

Perhaps you could label the rolls with the number of metres included - could give reassurance to the customer that quantities are correct.

I wasn't entirely sure when the fabric was going to arrive and although I didn't have to wait long it would have been helpful to have an exact date. However, this is only a minor thing and if I had needed it urgently then I would have phoned the store!!

My experience indicates that the service is entirely satisfactory and I can see no obvious areas for improvement.

Some companies offer fabric samples free - but then their prices are not as good as yours.

If I were to be seriously critical, the English on your website could stand some improvement. This may be more obvious to me because I am a professional editor.

Did not respond to my emails, had to chase my order by phone and then you seemed confused/vague as to who I was or what I had ordered. I came away feeling uncertain I was going to get the fabric I ordered. The good things was that the fabric was competitively priced and did finally arrive.

Better picture quality
(Quality of Pictures can sometime depend on what we get from the suppliers, plus we resize the quality down a little for the mobile phone users, this is why we offer a sample service for any such issues)

Nothing to suggest. Service received was exceptional. Fabric ordered was not as long as you stated but you immediately emailed to apologise and confirm the length you had. I accepted this and an immediate refund of the difference was received.
